Belfast Buildings Trust invites visitors to explore the ongoing regeneration of Carlisle Memorial Church as part of this year’s European Heritage Open Days. This landmark Victorian building was constructed between 1872 and 1875 at the request of Belfast merchant James Carlisle in memory of his children, intended as both a gift to the city and a lasting family tribute.
