Knock Methodist Church is a striking Gothic-style building at the corner of Knock and Green Roads, constructed in 1882–83 to serve a growing congregation as the area developed from village to suburb. Built largely from locally quarried Scrabo and Dundonald sandstone, the church reflects both the expansion of Methodism in Belfast and the craftsmanship of the late 19th century.

Inside, visitors can discover a rich collection of historic features, including original memorials and an impressive range of stained-glass windows. These include a World War I memorial window unveiled in 1949 and others carefully rehomed from former Methodist churches such as Carlisle Memorial Church and Donegall Square East—ensuring their survival and continued appreciation.

Over time, the church has evolved to meet the needs of its community, with additions including transepts, a vestry, choir room and updated organ, alongside later extensions supporting outreach and community use.
