This documentary explores the intertwined identities of musicians from the Basque Country and Kurdistan. It portrays a journey of solidarity, memory and the search for freedom, in which the personal and collective experiences of the musicians reveal deep connections between both peoples. It presents music as a space of resistance and encounter, where identities are reaffirmed and borders dissolve. A discussion with some of the musicians involved will follow.
Free event. No booking required.

Iniúchann an scannán faisnéise seo féiniúlachtaí cheoltóirí ó Thír na mBascach agus ón Chordastáin atá fite fuaite ina chéile. Léiríonn sé saol dlúthpháirtíochta, cuimhní agus na hiarrachtaí le saoirse a bhaint amach ina nochtann comheispéiris phearsanta na gceoltóirí na naisc dhoimhne idir an dá mhuintir.
Imeacht saor in aisce. Ní bheidh áirithint ar bith de dhíth.
