SOLDIER F £4.3M TO DEFEND THE UNJUSTIFIED AND UNJUSTIFIABLE ST. MARY’S UNIVERSITY COLLEGE, FALLS ROAD A public talk on the implications of unlimited MOD funding for the legal defence of a psychopathic killer. British Ministry of Defence policy permits “uncapped” funding for legal support for former soldiers facing serious criminal charges.
